Now, with the rapid development of satellite communication technology,it has been widely used in various industries:satellite phones, satellite navigation, satellite TV and so on. The development of mobile satellite communications technology has a richer application of this technologyThis paper studies using the GPS system, electronic compass, the gyroscope, dip Angle meter and other advanced sensitive attitude measuring instrument, combined with80C196KC single chip’s excellent performance of the chip control, and adopts three axis stabilized mechanical structure, eventually build the satellite TV receiving system based on the above devices, make the realization of stably broadcasting satellite in the moving cars, trains and ships, including all kinds of complicated conditions, and it can also guarantee the stability of satellite signal and the clearance of pictures.This article first focus on basic principle of the system, the building of hardware structure, the design thought of control software; and then discuss kinds of control methods. And from actual conditions and the overall effect of the testing system, consider the direction of work and method which points to the problem still exists.
