There exist many factors that affecting the Network Control System. In this text, just the network time delay and outside disturbances are considered. Mainly focus on the situation of the existence of the problem of fault-tolerant control in the NCS with failures of actuators or sensors.And according to the special problem to design the corresponding fault-tolerant controller. The main tasks as follows:Firstly, considering the Network Control System with fixed short time delay, and the control plant of Network Control System is uncertainty plant. Study on the features of this network and design the memory state feedback controller when the actuator failed. This state feedback controller not only consider the state feedback of the present moment but also consider the state feedback of the moment before the delay time. Through the Lyapunov theory and linear matrix inequality theory gives the network control system guaranteed cost control law existing conditions and the corresponding state feedback controller design method. Finally, through the simulation results, we can see the method is effective.Secondly, this section discussed the network control system with random and bounded delay. And the change rate of the delay is known. According to the dynamic feedback controller design principle, research the dynamic feedback controller design when the network control system happen sensor faults. By choosing suitable Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional, give the stability theory of this system. And it is proved the dynamic feedback controller parameters designed. At last, and through the simulation example demonstrated the feasibility of this method.Finally, According to the network control system with only time delay, give the fault-tolerant controller design when the network control system happen actuator fault cases. The state feedback controller according to the state of the actuator to give the dynamic adjustment. Thus the controller according to the actual condition of fault can be more accurate to network control system to realize fault tolerant control. According to Lyapunov theory the effectiveness of the controller are proved, and also through the simulation verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
