Research And Implementation Of The LED Display System Based On GSM Network

With the development of LSI and computer technology, the LED displays emerged in the late1980s,and has been rapidly applied in the worldwide.Usually the PC completes to provide pictures, text and data to the LED displays, but the restriction of this way is that distance must be limited to less than200m.The system uses the TC35module to transport datas wirelessly by GSM network, Making use of short messages to update the LED displays solved the drawbacks of wired transmission, realized the dream of updating the LED displays anytime, anywhere.(1)Learn deeply about the configuration and working principle of LED display system,analyze the main disadvantages of core controller and of traditional LED display system, analyze the abuse of the way of updating data.This article has accomplished the whole design of LED display system based GSM module and AVR MCU.(2)Accomplish the hardware design of wireless data transmission module and LED displays module,analyze the structure and operation method of the chips,fulfill the design of this system schematic and PCB board, achieve the manufacture and debugger of the whole hardware boards.(3)Accomplish the applied software design of wireless data transmission module and LED displays module,including SMS codec、the design of AVR MCU controlling TC35by AT commends、display mode.The program based on AVR MCU control system is compiled with C language.The program of series communication is developed with Visual C++at the sending terminal.
