All the objects that temperature is above absolute zero radiate Infrared energy all the time, Infrared thermal imaging technology can detect the Infrared energy, and achieves the detection and imaging of target through the difference in temperature. Infrared thermal imaging technology has the advantages of all-weather work, without radiation, non-contact, strong anti-interference ability. Considering of the advantages of thermal imaging technology, it was strongly concern by the military and civilian sectors of many countries as the technology which can protect the national security and benefit the people’s livelihood. Since thermal imaging technology was lately researched and the electronic imaging theory was badly behind other countries, the performance of infrared imaging products has a certain gap compared with the western developed countries. Meanwhile, western countries blockade on techniques of thermal imaging technology, the development of thermal imager with independent intellectual property rights can break the blockade, improve the level of infrared imaging and promote the development of science and technology. Therefore, it was very necessary to carry out the research of domestic cooled infrared thermal imager.The driving circuit is an important part of domestic cooled medium-frequency waved infrared thermal imager, the noise level of the circuit will affect the performance of the infrared imaging system, disturb the signal which is sampled by the detector.The thesis analyses the working principle of the cooled detector and the working mode of the readout circuit. In consideration of the power integrity, it analyses working principle of power management chip and the noise source, designs filter circuit, and researches the technology of low-noise bias voltage circuit. According to the characteristics of the analog signals, the circuit sets up active band-pass filter to suppress the noise of the analog signals and works out the signal amplifying and conditioning circuit with high SNR. In the hybrid circuits, analog signals were easily disturbed by the digital signals, designed digital-analog conversion circuit module with high SNR with consider of signal integrity analysis. By building a simple FPGA system to provide timing signals to the detector.
