Research And Implementation Of Doctors Recommendation System Based On Hybrid Model

Personalized recommendation is an intelligent application that can provide users with new internet products and services that may attract them. Not only can it effectively improve the users’loyalty to the product or service provider, but also will reduce the time and effort users spend on searching interested things. Now it has been successfully applied on internet service area, such as e-commerce, video-on-demand services etc.Shanghai Medical League Appointment Platform is an important part of Medical League project undertaken by Shanghai Shenkang Hospital Development Center. It is an portal platform, which provides reservation service for municipal hospitals under the jurisdiction of Shenkang, of internet service area. But now nobody has tried to introduce Personalized Recommendation Technology to this platform in order to improve booking service quality and user experience.Firstly, in this paper, we made a comprehensive survey on the Personalized Recommendation Technology. We introduce Personalized Recommendation System from user modeling, the recommended object modeling and recommendation algorithm respectively. We also introduce three experimental methods and the four main evaluation index of Personalized Recommendation System.Then, according to the information overload and reservation imbalance phenomenon, we find it is reasonable and significant to apply Personalized Recommendation Technology to the Appointment Platform. According to the appointment platform data characteristics and patient appointment needs, we choose reservation performances and reception performances as criteria indexes and use the analytic hierarchy process method to establish a doctor performs model. A patient preferences model is established based on the statistical results of patients’appointment history and the idea of collaborative filtering. By combining these two models, a doctor recommendation algorithm based on hybrid model is proposed, and then got refined according to experimental feedback。 Finally, we design a doctor recommendation system for Shanghai Medical League Appointment Platform according to the proposed algorithm. We explained the database design, how to implement offline processing algorithm, how to implement online recommendation algorithm and the user interface design step by step. The system is evaluated by patients’ operation records and reservation records, and results show that the recommendations are reasonable, and can match the patients’ reservation demands effectively.
