Research And Realization Of Personalized Medical Information Recommendation System

Nowadays,people are getting more and more dependent on the convenience that the Internet brings to our lives.The most obvious point is shopping.Online shopping has gradually replaced the traditional forms of store-based shopping.While online shopping brings us convenience,However,because of its wide variety and lack of manual guidance,it is becoming more and more difficult for people to buy what they want or what they are interested in.As a result,companies have begun to try to introduce personalized recommendation technology into their own commercial platforms and have achieved great success.The most famous is Amazon's book recommendation,and the most popular Taobao network in China.However,in the medical field,the application of personalized recommendation is relatively rare.Therefore,this paper mainly researches the recommendation algorithm which is suitable for personalized medical information,and makes an online appointment in the hospital to realize the recommendation function of medical information in the registered platform.The main contributions of this paper are as follows:This paper first of all related to personalized recommendation technology involved in a more profound analysis.From the user model construction,data model construction,Chinese word segmentation technology,feature extraction technology,score prediction and other directions to illustrate the personalized recommendation system.Then it focuses on the composition,principle,advantages and disadvantages of personalized recommendation algorithm.Secondly,according to the characteristics of online registration of users and how to choose departments and doctors for user registration,a system architecture of personalized medical information recommendation system is proposed.The system includes six functional modules:user management module,doctor management module,number management module,news management module,medical information recommendation module and doctor evaluation module.This paper studies the recommendation algorithms for personalized medical information,and realizes the recommendation of personalized medical information by using the existing department-based recommendation algorithms based on user's tags and the content-based medical article recommendation algorithm and the doctor recommendation algorithm based on the score prediction.The algorithm can recommend appropriate departments for the patient,doctor and related medical articles.Finally,this paper designs a prototype system based on the personalized medical information recommendation algorithm designed in hospital online booking platform,and introduces in detail the overall architecture design,database design,algorithm implementation and interface design of the personalized medical information recommendation prototype system.Then,using the test method of user survey,the prototype system was tested and the recommended effect of the system was evaluated.Evaluation results show that the personalized medical information recommended in this article is valid and meets the needs of patients.
