Clean out operation in the industrial and civil field is an indispensable industries. General cleaning method can be divided into physical cleaning and chemical cleaning two kinds big. Water-jet technology belong to physical cleaning is developing very fast in recent years as a new technology. Jet for key mechanism of crushing technology got cleaning world wide range of research.The core mechanism of jet cleaning technology is jet flow bunch in dirt droplets spread out between blow crushing effect gaps. The shear force energy is from jet source. However, in the submerged type jet cleaning method, the crushing blow for dirt has no longer simply is jet flow bunch of transfer over energy, the jet of medium flow bunch of disturbance produced a medium wave also produced shear failure to effect on dirt. This kind of jet with medium wave whether cleaning solution can improve the efficiency of jet cleaning is the core of this study. Utilization of energy to realize decoupling legal coupled to medium wave energy, study the energy of the coupling ratio is for this a jet cleaning technology research is the most direct way.How to realize the energy coupling of the jet energy and the medium wave energy? Its mathematical model and experimental data acquisition and the way source is a new research field in jet technology research field. The data acquisition of the medium wave energy is from hit points pressure wave data collection. The wave cycle and amplitude from wave average kinetic energy equation can calculate wave energy, and the pressure fluctuations data just can realize the wave cycle and the medium wave amplitude data calculation conversion. Make conventional jet experiment to calculate the jet energy through conventional pressure data collection. Thus, the jet-fluctuations in mathematics and the energy coupling on actual experiment can be realized.Through the experimental data analysis concluded that more suitable for large area cleaning fan nozzle, and draw the conclusion engineering related experimental level than standoff distance and nozzle diameter the conclusion.
