With the rapid development of Internet, multimedia applications demandincreasingly sharp increase, more and more types of video applications on theInternet is also becoming increasingly popular. Network bandwidth, delay, packetloss and other factors affect the quality of video transmission, Internet and can notprovide the guarantee of the quality of service, the video network transmission hasa big challenge on how to ensure the quality of video transmission becomes critical.This paper proposes a congestion control algorithm, based on videotransmission congestion control to guarantee the quality of video transmission.Detailed study of the algorithm on the basis of several key technologies for videotransmission: coding mode selection, optimizing bandwidth allocation andcongestion control.Coding mode selection, select a non-equilibrium multiple description coding(Unbalanced Multiple Description Coding, UMDC) for the text encoding mode. Inthis paper, the selected non-balanced coding method to introduce the concept of"frame synchronization", which is the LR encoder reconstruction of the I-frame.Use the "frame sync" to enhance the description of HR and LR correlationdescribed, in order to deal with a variety of packet loss. At the same time, sub-threecases to discuss the codec and decoder enhance the HR description and LRdescription of related work.Proposed in this paper based on unbalanced multiple description coding applicationof simulated annealing algorithm to optimize the allocation of bandwidth. Thealgorithm successfully solved the problem of optimal allocation of networkbandwidth for video transmission, will UMDC for the bandwidth allocation forvideo transmission performance of the system in order to maximize the bandwidthneeds to meet all kinds of video users, allocate bandwidth to each description,thereby improve the overall satisfaction of online video users.Congestion control, proposed in this paper based on unbalanced multipledescription coding, to ensure the quality of video transmission congestion controlalgorithm. The algorithm on the basis of the detection network link bandwidthavailable bandwidth optimization, Markov model to predict the network linkcongestion status and to adjust the video transmission path.The experiments show that the proposed congestion control algorithm withclassical congestion control algorithm random early detection (Random EarlyDetection, RED) algorithm compared to this paper, the algorithm is more effectivein the estimated network congestion, reduce the packet loss rate and reduce network latency, thus more effective guarantee of the quality of video network transmission...
