The topic was based on the actual physical experiment by Sun Yanshengmaster’s rape seed’s kernel husk separation technology research, with his masterthesis’s data as a reference for further simulation results. According to multibodycontact dynamics theory and the exercise theory of materiel on shaking screen, themodel about kernel husk of rape seed and the collision pattern with shaking screenwere created,using dynamic simulation software ADAMS to simulate the process ofvibration hierarchical and virtual experimental research, found out the suitableworking parameters for rape seed’s kernel husk separation.The topic had picked out three parameters: frequency, vibrating directionangle and amplitude which greatly influence the rape seed’ kernel huskseparation,and then carried out design study alone.Just as nine kernels and ninehusks for the basal model, each parameter through many design simulations,gradually narrow the range of the parameters to the best effect of stratification insensitive range, the conclusion was that when the amplitude is of2.15mm to2.25mm,the frequency is of34.5Hz to35.5Hz,the vibrating direction angle is of32degrees to34degrees,the most obvious stratification effect emerge.Then, tookadvantage of optimization design, by Kuhn Tucker (Kuhn-Tucker) conditions forthe mathematical basis, through the two programming (SQP) algorithm, used thethree design variables’s different values as a starting point to optimize thecalculation,in this way obtained the optimum combination of the parameters fordifferent number of kernels and husks,then use the origin for curve fitting andforecast, forecast that when the kernel and husk increases, the optimal parametercombination was the frequency of34.799Hz, vibrating direction angle of33.519degrees, the amplitude of the2.182mm.In order to facilitate the follow-up’s research of rape seed’s kernel huskvibration hierarchical classification,finally, the two times development had been made by the authors based on the studies.The custom interface and functions wereintroduced; then, even closed, to a user who is not familiar to the software, also canoperate very convenient.The use of simulation technology in the traditional rape seed’s kernel and huskseparation experimental research, had a certain significance on the rape seed kernelhusk separation mechanical device research and development, a lot of man powerand resources could been reduced, had broad prospects.
