With the network expansion, IPv4that has been broadly used in the Internet is network protocol, its face address space depletion, bandwidth bottlenecks, data security, quality of service and network safety. To meet challenges, the establishment of IPv6network become an industry consensus. IPv6will inevitably replace IPv4. The emergence of IPv6brings development and construction of the website new power and carve machine, the development of applications to support IPv6network is a key to further promote the development of IPv6network.In IPv6-based quality course website development, against the study of the original North China Electric Power University quality course website, involving the construction of many applications, where the key point relates to the Web site access, streaming media technology, database technology, the system technology development framework. In this paper, the principle and the development of these technologies are discussed and summarized.This paper is on the basis of in-depth analysis of the IPv4and IPv6protocol, the focussed on the study and research of the IPv6packet, IPv6addresses, IPv6’s DNS, support IPv6application development technology. It describes the quality course website development in the system, IPv6-based quality course website development strategies have been studied and proposed SSH2(Struct2, Spring2, Hibernate3) framework.IPv6-based Quality Course Website needs analysis, system design, database design have been completed. To build IPv6network environment, configure IPv6website development environment and in MyEclipse integrated SSH2framework, and developing website application module. To achieve system management module, quality course management module, video resource management module.
