In this paper, various algorithms for the engineering drawing vectorization image transformation and filter were studied in detail firstly, and then based on the analysis of the processing results, the own corresponding view was proposed. In the process of image processing, preprocessing algorithm should be selected according to the characteristics of the image itself. The wavelet transform was chosen as the preprocessing algorithm in this article. In addition, this paper analyzed and summarized about the image segmentation algorithm, especially study the threshold segmentation method. And the segmentation algorithm with Adaptive Threshold Value was put forward. Generally, Hu invariant moment method can realize the rotation, scaling and translation invariance of the continuous images, but it is hard to achieve for the scatter image. The invariant moment by means of improvement and extraction from the original sample as the based sample of the neural network training, and ultimately achieve the effective identification of the electrical drawing symbols. By comparing the summary, the model proposed in this paper has a great accuracy and recognition rate to the identification of the electrical drawing symbols.
