As the mother tube unit gradually replaced by unit aircrew, temrmal power unit more and more inclined to at the unit of large capacity and high parameter. The boiler and steam turbine are no longer independent controled to each other, but more and more closed. In this context, coordination control system had come into being. In this system, the boiler and steam turbine are seen as a whole. At the same time, they can control power and main steam pressure together, wich overcome large delay and large inertia of weekness of the unit and ensure that the unit can running safe, fast, and stable. It’s because of coordination control system in the important position of the unit, so more and more research on coordination control system, wich including some in-depth, innovative research. The current stage of the study of most is for control strategy and algorithm of coordination control system to be optimized, while in this paper is from the angle of design personnel. This article concluded that can adapt to all kinds of type unit operation requirements of universal coordinated control scheme after analyze and summarize control and feature of different kinds of the units. The scheme includes the unit operation of the four basic way, as manually mode, boiler follow mode, turbine follow mode, and coordinated control mode. There are two mode in boiler follow mode and turbine follow mode, which are power can be adjusted mode and power can not be adjusted mode. Coordinated control mode also includes4kinds of modes, which are coordinated control based on boiler follow mode, coordinated control based on turbine follow mode, coordinated control based on direct energy balance and coordinated control based on indirect energy balance. This paper in view of the different types of units, in function generator and adder all provide different parameter selection, and summarize the different types of units in the practical application of suitable coordinated control method, so that the design debugging personnel reference.
