Based on real time data to the control system performance evaluation method for selecting the topic, combined with the distributed control system (Distributed Control System, referred to as DCS) and supervisory information system (Supervisory Information System, referred to as SIS) has been widely used, operation parameters are easy to store and access data status, from the deterministic index, random index mixed type and calculation of indicators, through the analysis of theory research and simulation, based on the operation data of control system performance assessment study.According to the performance index of a control system classification and disturbance classification as the basis, put forward a kind of typical loop control system comprehensive performance evaluation method. The method begins by running the data extraction algorithm to extract trend trend value, and then the separation and reconstruction of output error of stochastic and deterministic components, were calculated for the control system of stochastic and deterministic performance; at the same time according to the trend extraction value of real-time state division, and calculate the step state dynamic index. The calculation principle and method, and through a simulation study and600MW thermal power unit operation data for validation. Finally, linking theory with practice, combined with the Matlab GUI toolboxes for software development, software running results validate the effectiveness of the method.
