It installs conveniently,uses simply and can greatly improve the operation efficiency and the reliability of HFcommunication system.This paper first writes a complete program, analysis the function and performanceindex.By theoretical analysis, we get the directional coupler parameters and by using thecircuit simulation software，we simulation the directional coupler, the low noise amplifier, theisolation amplifier and by experiment verification, we ensure the correct principle of design;then according to design requirements，we complete development and debugging of samplemachine, finally through a series of testing, environmental testing, system Experiment, werealize the performance and function of the equipment.
