In the traditional way, the enterprise usually users the applications and functions as the center to build IT systems, such as:personnel management systems, inventory management systems, ERP systems. With the passage of time, developers will be faced with a large number of systems which are developed by a lot of different periods and development tools. Moreover, in the Enterprises’ actual operational process, because of their own needs or the needs of users, the process of business need to be changed, added and deleted.Aiming to maintain these disparate systems in IT systems which treat the applications as the center, it will face a very complex application connectivity and system integration which will cost a huge maintenance and development costs.In the rapid development of Internet technology, cloud computing and distributed applications-based internet technology provide a good idea for the above problem. To define different kinds of services which have certain functions, and it self can be easily extended. On this basis, the services that have a variety of functions can be instantly assembled and are fully across all systems and platforms. Through the integration of services, independent functional entities that accomplish specific tasks can be connected to achieve business on demand. This is a service-oriented (Service-Oriented Architecture, SOA, also known as service-oriented architecture) software system architecture. The main work and innovation of this paper include:1) By learning and studying the SOA core theory and key technology. Combined with the knowledge of cloud computing, while taking into account the heterogeneous nature.openness, security, concurrency, transparency, scalability, fault and fault-tolerant engineering of the system, a set of super big face System-based Web services which bases on Load balancing service-oriented architecture is successfully designed and implemented. The system can package the internal independent function component as services. Then it can meet the cloud computing-mentioned requirement which treat the platform as services. It can provide the services which use server platform or development environment as the carrier to the users. In this article, we name the service platform "HCII-Magic face open development platform"2) In the "HCII-Magic face open-development platform", there are some large computational algorithm module, which will lead to the shortage of server resources and response delay. To allow the system to be able to withstand a higher access pressure, run more stable, we build a cluster of servers that increase the total computing resources to execute load balance. Through this solution, we can make calculated pressure be re-assigned to each of the load of the server cluster.3) In order to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the "HCII-Magic face open-development platform, we design on our own and develop a set of HCII-Magic face open-development platform" based on Web system. The super big face "(Magic Face System) uses the Web browser as the client to interact with users, makes communication between client and server by the Simple Object Access Protocol and uses the AJAX(Asynchronous JavaScript and XML) technology to execute the Web client asynchronous update which brings a good user experience.
