Surveillance video system has lots of redundant information, notonly occupy more storage resources,but also bring many troubles to analyze the video, whichoften miss the best time to solve the event. Based on above, considering the development ofthe intelligent video monitoring technology abroad and at home, the article study further of therelated intelligent video surveillance technology,design and develop Intelligent VideoDetection System Based on Video image for Bank ATM.Intelligent video detection system uses image processing and some other computer visiontechnology, according to filtering out the interference information with the computer,analyzesuseful information of images, and focus the scene rapidly and accurately,Once the target breakthe rule of the predefined behavior in the scene, the system will automatically send alarms andtake some other actions, so as to handle the abnormal situation in time. The development of theintelligent video monitoring, which ensure the real-time monitor of important monitor areas,make up for the defects of the traditional video monitoring which could only take its evidenceafter the event.According the characteristics of the bank ATM withdrawals environment, safetymonitoring and management requirements,we analyse some algorithms of backgroundmodel,detecting,identifying and tracking object,analyse corresponding service logic and useand improve some appropriate algorithms in order to apply Intelligent Video Detection into thebank ATM Video Surveillance, At last,we complete the development of this system and test it.In the bank ATM intelligent video detection system,we choose the.NET developmentplatform and advanced language C++,and use the VC++technology and the Intel open-sourcecomputer vision library OpenCV,which can make us spare more time on algorithm realizationand system development.
