Recently,more and more colleges,universities and other education organizationshave used online testing system. In the training and testing of the electricity industry,the actual operation is especially important,but the scenes,such as power distributionand underground testing and so on,are very difficult to simulate. In order to decreasethe cost and promote the efficiency in the training and testing,the elements such asaudio,video,animation and simulation are needed to be added to the testing system.This thesis firstly analyses the demand of the electricity system worker operationalcapacity testing system,and then the paper concludes that the testing system has tosupport audio,video,animation and simulation,and has to have a good construction tomatch the development of the business’ requirements. In the meanwhile, the paper alsoshow that the support for audio,video,animation and simulation need display new fileformat dynamically, and reserve interfaces for unknown elements in advance.Furthermore,the testing system should decrease the pressure of the server to improvethe user experience in the distribution of the audio,video,animation and simulation.This thesis expands the traditional three-layer construction,introduces the ORMidea, improves the design of the business logical layer,analyses the common methodsof the audio,video,animation and simulation used in the system,utilizes these methodsin the subject,designs the expansibility of the system with abstract factory pattern andadapter pattern. Meanwhile,this paper proposes the node discovery strategy and filedistribution strategy to decrease the pressure of the server by the multi-file transfer.Now the system has been developed. From the situation of sofeware test, the mainpurpose of develop this system has been reached.
