| The Thin film transistor liquid crystal display (TFT-LCD) is a variant of liquidcrystal display (LCD) of which for each pixel uses individual thin-film transistortechnology to improve image quality. Touch input technology will help customer totouch the button or words on the screen and acquire the feedback from the system set upwith the software in advance to get the corresponding figures show and the unit willexecute what we need it to do. By this technology, the user with her fingers lightlytouched on the logo or a word on the screen of the microwave, all the procedure forcooking with it will be much convenient.This project is the comprehensive application of TFT full-color display drivingtechnology, touch key, IR sensor cooking technology and fuzzy control technology. ForTFT driver, of which the hardware core is the well-known brand SAMSUNG S3C2440(For Embedded application CPU), and software development platform is based on theLinux OS system. We select CYPRESS capacitive touch key technology as the maininput interface as the particularity of microwave oven is different from the otherhousehold electric appliances. Simultaneity, we apply HMI system, in other wordsHuman Machine Interface system, Infrared heat intelligent control technology, Invertertechnology, developed a set of intelligent control system for microwave oven.This paper submitted an Embedded-based TFT overall structural framework,design concepts and realization steps, analyzed the functioning of the system andtechnical characteristics. Via comparing with the burning question about the touchscreen technology, we select one of the most suitable touch processing system andanti-interference algorithm for microwave oven. We also pre-set the interface for furtherapplication of the remote control and the internet of things technology on themicrowave oven product. Among them, study on the TFT full-color display technologyand touch screen technology is the core content for this paper. |
