Embedded systems based on computer technology-based, application-centric,dedicated computer systems have strict requirements on functionality, reliability,timeliness. With the continuous fusion and penetration of computer science andembedded technology, embedded systems application requires not only an embeddedsystem capable of handling large, complex data, but also for the embedded system caneffectively guarantee the security of internal data stored, consistent and integrity. Theembedded database used a sophisticated database management skills and experience toprovide an efficient, reliable methods and tools for data retrieval, storage andmanagement in embedded systems. Implementation and Application of the embeddeddatabase in embedded systems, on the one hand, the application of sophisticateddatabase management skills and experience to protect the safety, consistency andintegrity of application data, on the other hand, greatly reduces the complexity of theapplication, reduce data coupling improves the function of cohesion, which makes thereliability and maintainability of the application to be a substantial increase.This thesis is based on the current needs of embedded database applications in thefield of avionics embedded systems, select the SQLite embedded database as a researchobject to study the implementation and application of SQLite embedded database on theVxWorks embedded operating system, transplantation of the SQLite embedded databasein the VxWorks operating system and test validation, and finally to evaluate theperformance of the embedded database SQLite in the VxWorks operating system.Ultimately, the subject of a concluding review, verify the feasibility of application of theembedded database SQLite in the VxWorks operating system and software in the formsubmitted to the physical results of the field of avionics embedded technologydevelopment for technical reserves.
