Heterogeneous XML-based Data Integration Research Campus Digital Construction

As the fast development of computer and network technology, informationtechnology is used to implement the management and production in more and moreareas. As a result, it appears a large number of heterogeneous data which is stored indifferent places, has different schema. Therefore, it is difficult to interoperate for eachother. With the accelerated pace of informatization construction, it’s more and morenecessary to integrate these heterogeneous data.According to based on the analysis of heterogeneous data integration technologybased on database middleware technology, to improve the interaction betweenheterogeneous database integration. This middleware using XML to store the metadataattribute identification, which contains global form mapping of local, global, local formassociated Web service information. Service decomposition module receives a requestsent by the application, and the metadata’s request to carry on the analysis, afterdifferentiation for different service request is sent to the reference. Then the servicereference module from the Web service directory registration service center to findservice provider information, package sent to corresponding Web Service Wrapper,completion of the heterogeneous database item query, and then after the implementationof the outcome as a SOAP returned to the middleware service module. The results ofeach service module to the SOAP, converted to a local file, for synthesis module.Multiple XML files based on the merge module metadata information to be combined,and sent to the user interface. The use of XML technology and common distributedobject middleware technology, Web Services and XML technology in middlewareadvantage union rise, the heterogeneous database integration middleware based ongeneral database middleware is designed and implemented, and, I provide two caseswhich used this method in the process of digitalization construction of college, andaims at the integration of heterogeneous data demand, proposes a complete design andimplementation, through the function and the performance test, the feasibility of thismethod is verified.
