This thesis combined with the engineering requirements, deep researched the filtering theory and multi-target tracking theory, and apply the theory into practice what the algorithm comes true in hardware with C language.Firstly this thesis, introduces the basic theory of multi-target tracking, and describes the model of moving target. On this basis, combined with the needs of the subjects selected an appropriate motion model.Next, according to the part mentioned filter in the theory of multi-target tracking to analysis. Analyzed the nonlinear relationship between the distance and angle of the radar measurement objectives, compared a variety of filtering algorithm, and solved the selected Kalman filter, simplified the fourth-order formula as two-order, greatly reducing the difficulty of programming and computational load. And then analyze the objectives associated where mentioned in the theory of multi-target tracking. Increase in the distance angle on the basis of the Doppler correlation windows, and related correctness, and the use of the revised "Nearest Neighbor "algorithm to improve the tracking correctness. Finally, compile the above algorithm by software, and realized on the hardware platform. After the completion of the simulation experiment, the experimental results to meet the subject requirements.
