Therefore the new way of testing is needed to adapt the new way ofteaching. The complicated handing in and out of test paper，the judge of the test paperwhich needs a lot of manpower and the works relate to testing seriously affect theteaching schedule and research. Therefore the realization of computer testing systemcan reduce the trouble that to hand in and out the test paper. The most important thingis that realization of the function of automatic judge of test paper can release a lot ofmanpower from judge the test paper. Accordingly, the errors in the process of judgetest paper by manpower will be reduced. The test effect and mastery of knowledgecan be gotten accurately and impersonally.For the inner structure of office text is complicated and the messages of officetext are enormous, it is hard to realize the judge of operation test text in the way ofcomparison with ordinary text, especially the part of office operation test. For theimpersonal test part， we can adopt comparison way to finish it. In other words, wecan get the exact scores by comparing the students’ answers with the standard answers.Nevertheless, we will transport the whole questions and the students’ answers of theoperation test part to system. Through the comparison of every knowledge point in thedefinition of macro， then getting the precise score, we can realize the wholeautomatic judge of test paper. C#language is adopted to realize the design andfunction of application. And VBA technology is used to realize the main function ofautomatic judge of test paper. SQL SERVER2000is adopted to design the database.This is a system which bases on C/S (client and service mode) structure.
