Along with our country of information industry is developing rapidly, the development of information technology makes enterprises in the condition of economic globalization faces both opportunities and challenge. Hand requires enterprises to follow the pace of the times, constantly improve the internal management of enterprises, reduce costs, improve quality, in a highly competitive market conditions, to achieve sound and rapid development; on the other hand, requiring enterprises to continuously reform and innovation, management innovation, to improve technical operation, and business structure upgrading, enhance the quality of personnel for foundation, improve productivity, the development of new products, strengthen enterprise supply, production, marketing all aspects of management, enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.The main work of this thesis is through to the F corporation logistics warehouse operation observation, and on the warehouse management field research, combined with the F business development situation, developed a set based on the new supply chain storage and distribution patterns of information system, improve the operational efficiency of enterprises, save manpower, material resources, realize low cost, high quality management.First of all, the supply chain management mode, using JIT warehouse management model as the core concept, make F company’s production methods from the traditional push system to pull system transformation, the focus from material on-line mode factor analysis of materials five on-line, including direct sending station, Kanban, W-JIT, W-JIS, artificial receive mode. Logistics, business flow, production flow strict organization together, smooth, no inventory, no redundant personnel, to maximize the reduction of inventory cost, improve the production efficiency of distribution.Secondly, according to the business requirements and system function, the maximum to meet the business needs of basis, relying on the bar code technology and PDA equipment support, to business requirement for detailed functional analysis, the system of basic information management, inspection, warehousing management, warehousing management, warehouse management, small ticket management, interface management and other functions, to ensure the business data automatic acquisition and real time processing the information flow, business flow to maintain synchronization. Finally, according to the system design, the system adopts B/S structure, it focuses on Strusts, Spring, Hibernate framework for the development of Web application system, from the underlying database design, frame, the reasonable division of friendly interface is described in detail.
