The Design And Implementation Of Educational Administration Management System For Eastern University To Continue Education

The previous management means already can not adapt to the development of the times, because it wasted a lot of manpower and material resources, in today’s information age, this traditional management approach must be replaced by information management system which based on computer, the students are more in every college of our country, is very difficult to manage each student and teacher’s information, so that has important significance to through the establishment of database for students and teachers to realize the information management, to help the school improving work efficiency. In order to meet the standardization and automation requirement for educational administration work, reduce the labor intensity for staff of educational administration, improving the level and the quality for teaching management, In this case the use of advanced scientific management methods which the modernization of comprehensive educational administration system to realize the management has become an inevitable trend.This article describes the needs analysis, system design and implementation process for continuing education management system of Ludong University. The educational administration management system software architecture based on J2EE architecture design, system adopts B/S architecture, the system adopts the object oriented analysis and design method, the management needs survived for the Ludong University continuing education, to get the demand for which the various work processes mentioned, Then analysis obtained content, confirm to realize the function of system and the corresponding realization way. In the design phase of the system using the SSH framework, the system has realized the MVC (model, view, controller) structure, to detailed design on the various functions of the system and design on the related database. Finally to implement the system according to the demand analysis and the content of system design, to complete the entire system development work.This system has finally realized the daily office function, teaching management, performance management, and query function of print function, system management functions and other functions. The daily office functions realized my desktop. announcement, work message leave and contact list of branch. Teaching management functions realize the teaching program, student management. That is core business function of whole system, Performance management realize the score query, batch input, personal achievement and the make-up exam. Inquiries print function can realize point list, results table, student mail list and electronic information registration. System management functions to achieve password changing. For other operating function is realized close, login and logout system.The deployment of the system and operation to meet the needs of continuing education administration of Ludong University, to meet the needs of educational administration work of the standardization and automation, reduces the labor intensity of the workers educational management, improve the quality and level of teaching management. Because of the use of advanced scientific management means the educational administration managed by the modernization of comprehensive educational administration system, to further improve the school running efficiency and level of modernization, to achieve the educational administration management work process systematization, standardization and automation. In addition, because of the computer undertook a large number of tedious works in the educational administration management, greatly enhances personnel’s working efficiency and quality of the educational administration, make the teaching management gradually embarked on a track of modern intelligent management, adapted to the information age on requirements of management system, procedures, standardization and others needs.
