With development of the information industry, information security as a concomitant with comes the problem has been widespread concern, people in the enjoyment of informatization brings convenience, but also accompanied by information security problems brought about by. Especially in information warfare concept was put forward, the information security is mentioned about the height of national security. In both civil and military fields, the information security is a very important subject.Based on the unit of information system as the object, using the more mainstream theory of information security, respectively, from qualitative with ration two respects, through theoretical analysis and modeling, the unit information risk to make a more scientific and reasonable assessment, and put forward the information security recommendations and solutions.As a result of each unit and the information system framework, function orientation, as well as differences in management, risk assessment approaches and methods vary, so this paper mainly according to the unit of information system risk assessment studies, and assessment of the scope are mainly limited to system security and management system of these two aspects.In view of the information security risk assessment theory and practice are in the stage of exploration, as well as their unit’s special, so the method used in this paper and the model is based on the experience.
