Jiangxi Province Self-study Exam Achievement Management System Design And Implementation

MRS is a system that is dominated by people and can execute the collection、 delivery、storage、processing and maintainance of information by using hardware、 software and other official devices. It aims at the creation of the best strategy and the improvement of efficiency and benefit, while it can also support leaders of the company to make a decision, provide convenience to managers and ordinary staff. This system can offer information for the executives that can be used to realize an efficient management of the organization.The MRS of students’score brings a lot of convenience to the education industry, while the traditional system has already failed to meet the request of the information explosion era. The system in my paper is based on B/S structure and VB language. It can be ran in Microsoft Office Access and the user can get what they want with just several simple operations such as clicking the mouse, typing some words.In this paper, I undertook some researches about the construction of MRS in Jiangxi province and found some problems currently existed about it, which include the scarcity of overall plan and standard, inefficient share of information. Besides the school don’t have enough professional technicist. In my opinion, the construction of MRS should be based on a lot of surveys and serious analyses. Furthermore, we should advance with the time and accommodate the system continually to meet the latest request.Here I first introduce the background、the latest development and the problem existed of the MRS in the world. Then I present some knowledge which might be necessary of VB and the platform. After that, in my main part, I undertake some analyses of demand, divide the function area and analyze the database. According to the preparations I take above, I devise the database, the functions then realize the functions successfully. In the last part of my paper I summarize the advantages and the disadvantages of the system. By the way, this paper systematacially introduces the process of how to develop a MRS based on VB language. This paper centers on the definition of demand analysis stage, the illustration of software demanding and how to devise the modules.
