Now, the enterprise of the management pattern is no longer "production" business model as the center, but for change to the "customer" as the center business model. The most important and urgent task to the customer-centric business is to analyze customers, dig out the customer information and characteristics so as to provide security for the enterprise to develop marketing strategies. The modern enterprise customer management work foundation can be said is that the customer analysis. Ultimate purpose of the customer behavior analysis is to recognize and grasp the value customer to company, and better to keep and develop the customers, in order to realize the value of long-term optimal state about customer. Not only this can adjust the marketing strategy, but also can improve the competitiveness of enterprises. At the same time it can alleviate the enterprise operation crisis in the highly disturbed market environment.But at present the majority of scholars on customer analysis are focused on the analysis of customer value and customer segmentation, lack of customer behavior analysis. Therefore, this thesis is mainly using clustering technology to the customer behavior analysis. The cluster analysis can divide data into different classes or clusters, in order to make the same classes or clusters in the greatest similarity, and different of dissimilarity maximum.Firstly, this thesis describes the goal and content of customer behavior, emphatically introduces the clustering analysis technology. Secondly, using the JAVA technology to design and realize the customer behavior-oriented agricultural expert system. Finally this thesis analyses the users’behavior which access the customer behavior-oriented agricultural expert system.
