In recent years, with the rapid growth of the national economy, and the increasing of the scale and complexity of the project this makes the project management is also becoming more and more complicated. The key to optimization of project management is to solve the optimization of the multi-objective of the project. Among them, the optimization of three main objectives (time, cost and quality) of the project, become the focus of attention of the community,it is also the key to maximizing the effectiveness of projects. However, due to the unity and opposites between the three main objectives, there is always some limitations to solve the problem in traditional approach.In this artical, the project multi-objective optimization problems proposes improvements and introduces co-evolution algorithm. Co-evolutionary algorithm optimizes the project duration, cost and quality,compared with the previous evolutionary algorithm.This method firstly design the time, cost and quality of population co-evolution operator. Secondly, make them in the pareto coordinate and compromise, co-ordinate the solution, and finally use Matlab algorithm program. Elect the solution that best meets the requirements of the project in the run-out of the optimal solution, guarantee period, cost and quality targets to achieve optimal overall.Finally,verify the feasibility and superiority of this method to solve the multi-objective optimization of the project with engineering examples and improve the overall effectiveness of the project to improve the overall competitiveness of enterprises.
