The design and implementation of an air-ground telemetry and telecontrol system are introduced in this thesis, where the uplink based on2DPSK is mainly analyzed.Since the system works under burst communications environment, the main schemes, including dispreading after demodulation, inserting pilot and dispreading with the mactched filter, are firstly proposed targeting at the requirements of anti-noise performance and frame format.Then the Spread Spetrum System and its key parameter are determined aiming at the performance requirements of telemetry and telecontrol system. Subsequently, the principles of de-spreading with matched filter, detection and acquisition are introduced. Meanwhile, several methods for optimizing the matched filter are proposed, and the parallel folded matched filter is finally adopted as the final scheme for mactched filter implementation, thus significantly having saved the resources of hardware.Because of the data that the system processes needs to be read from the external DSP, this paper also introduce the interface design between the FPGA and the DSP, which includes the function and the working timing-squence of the signal,and the timing-squence of data reading and writing part at the interface.Finally, the hardware design of frequency-deviation estimation and mactched filter is introduced. After being validated by simulation, FPGA implementation and the tests, the system has been proved successful to be used in the communication system between Unmanned Aerial Vehicle and the ground.
