The Design And Realization Of The Management System Of The Troops Planned Parenthood

With the continuous development of the socialist market economy and the gradual deepening of the army reformation, during the "11th Five-Year", the military population and family planning will enter a new stage of development, which face the new situations and new-problems such as the increasing proportion of petty officers, increasing mobility of military families, increasing population of the divorce and the remarriage and the more floating population in the camp. Especially when the army is in the stage of structural reformation, it is very important to enhance the cadres’group construction of family planning, ensuring that there are agency affairs and specific people to deal with things, so that organizations continuously, without lowering standards, the work does not relax, officers are not out of control, which makes big contributions in increasing the combat capabilities and building the socialist harmonious society.In this paper we propose to use the model of rapid prototype to develop the whole system after considering about our experience and comparaing the rapid prototype method with other methods. Using the C/S structure, this paper designs a family planning management system, whose main development tools are.Net Framework (2005) integrated development language C#and the database platform is SQL Server2000, using the advanced three-tier technology architecture to achieve flexibly configuring the functional modules. This system includes different functional modules about the system management, the staff management, the inquiries of the staff, the management of staffs’spouses, the inquiries of staffs’spouses, the management of staffs in reproductive age, the inquiries of staffs in reproductive age, the management of child health check, the inquiries of child health check, the management of floating population, the inquiries of floating population, the workforce management, the workforce inquiries, the service management, the service inquiries, the information maintenance of family planning unit, the information inquiries of family planning unit, the management of reproductive health check, the inquiries of reproductive health check, the management of family planning fund and the management of contraceptive medicines and devicesWith the efforts of the whole project team, the Family planning management system of army has been developed and put into actual use. The military family planning management system designed in this paper has achieved the desired results and is running very well, which is approved by the military commanders.
