Design And Implementation Of Financial Data Exchange Platform Based On Data Bus Theory

At the beginning of the information construction in financial management, the budget units building their financial management system. Following with the information construction in financial management, we find that the financial system of the budget units is often developed by different manufacturers. These systems due to lack of planning and unified standard, difficult to realize data sharing between each other, forming a non-isolating financial application system. The financial data between the financial departments and the budget units can’t exchange and sharing. This seriously hindered the scientific level of financial management, and become a major bottleneck of information construction.This dissertation researches the status of data exchange deeply. Combined with the Overall demand of financial information management platform in hebei province. This paper analyze business processes and functions of the financial data exchange platform, offers the financial data exchange platform construction based on the data bus theory, and researches the design and implementation process of financial data exchange platform. The platform based on the DataBus theory. This defines financial data exchange standards based on xml, builds the platform for data exchange with "public platform+budget unit modules", uses database tables and XML analytic algorithms to complete data conversion, achieves safety certification through the data security management. Finally this achieved the financial data exchange between heterogeneous systems.This dissertation combines with the financial data exchange program of the Provincial Local Taxation Bureau in Hebei Province. The author completes analysis and design of financial data exchange platform, completes design and development of the function modules in budget unit. The author achieves interface of function modules、upload and download of the financial data、XML Analyze and organize、log management and safety management functions. This achieves the data exchange platform’s design thinking and the exchange and sharing of financial data between the Provincial Local Taxation Bureau and the Commission of Finance.
