With the further development and popularization of Internet and Web service technology, fusion degree of software system and networks has bean increasing. In this case, Software system scale using networks as the execution environment and interaction frequency of the elements of number of users emerge magnitude of growth. Software system and networks become the new kind of artificial complex system. In the global perspective, the research on which networks of the software system of new features emerge the new characteristics is still in its infancy at present. In the view of the complex system and the complex networks, research and analysis about Software system of large-scale network topological characteristics provide significant technical support to computing resources deployment and scheduling in the network environment conditions. This thesis presents the method of constructing service-oriented software evolution model combining with the researches on related complex network models, the features of service combined and the service software. Using the analysis techniques of complex network modeling, this thesis proposes the evolving model of dynamic behavior growth of Network software service system, and then analyses evolution rule. At first, this thesis constructs service structural networks as basic connectivity constraints based on the parameters associations between services as the core. And then it proposes simulation model of Service software combination to growth and dynamic execution, and analyses topological evolution characteristics of Service group behavior interaction in service networks. Afterwards it provides the preliminary experimental conclusion about software execution networks epidemic dynamics, and explores the evolution of network behavior characteristics with the different requirements of users. Finally, this thesis abstracts the web service dynamic evolution environment and analyses the influence of dynamic behavior of the service networks when the network flow and the QoS of the Web Services changed and analyses and illustrates the service adaptive behaviors on the critical conditions. This thesis emphasizes on the global to analyse of web services. It is different from the previous researches on web services which pay attention on individual services and the relations of them. The study on the characteristics of the overall service system is conducive to understand the behavior pattern and evolution of the services system from different research dimensions.
