As the development of science, scientific journals gradually become a major media of scientific communication because of short cycle, large capacity and other characteristics. Academic journals play a huge role in the dissemination of scientific and technological knowledge, enhancing the readers' scientific and cultural qualities, the promotion of international scientific and technical exchange and progress. In the first part of this article, we make use of social network analysis to analyze the e-magazine's Blog Column of Science Net. Specifically, based on a newly proposed random network with given degree sequence generation algorithm, a mathematical network model is established and analyzed. This model can reflect the mechanism of such a virtual network and can be used to explain some complex behaviors of those blogers'selective reading modes. This model seems more reasonable than some existing related studies methods by using physical contact data to model a relationship network, since the way of constructing virtual contacts integrates some statistical information. Methods proposed here can be used to analyze the communication for information, the formation of public opinion, etc., and it also makes it easier to identify the leader and differ member roles from each other in the virtual community on the web.Next, in order to give comparative analysis, we analyze the citation of network which is based on the latest-ten-years journal articles (PACC code 0545) in "Physics". In order to build a complete internal citation of network, we ignore the quoted articles in other journals. We calculate the static characteristics of the citation of network and reveal its basic references. Because the method of citation analysis has some limitations (such as leakage cited, abuse cited), we propose a new method to establish a network, which is more reasonable to reflect the cited relationship among authors: a virtual reading relationship network induced by the authors. By mathematical models and numerical simulations, we find the virtual networks can not only response to the basic characteristics, but also to a more realistic process of forming and spreading academic points. Finally, comparing the electronic journals and paper journals, we give different strategies of creating magazines in the web era.
