Science technology is developing day-by-day; automation level in the industry process is lifting up on and on. There are lots of automation-control loops in the industry process than ever before. It is concerned by technicians and automation-operation works, as well as more and more experts and scholars in a deeper extent that how to acquirc real-time production data from the manufacture process, then identify diagnose control system performance in a early stage. The research of control performance assessment is being done about this. Control system performance assessments has been applied in the field of control process successfully. Several corresponding soft wares have been applied abroad. The time when to be researched in our country is later than the counterparts in the foreign, it is still in the theory-researching stage in our country, but it is been developed day by day to a ripe condition.In the control performance evaluation, Harris’s "minimum variance control "theory only by actual data and process of a priori knowledge to estimate the system performance, the need for control system implementation is widely used and disturbance, but this method is applicable to disturbance time-varying model. Based on single variable disturbance time-varying system performance evaluation methods for the thorough analysis and research, and its main idea is according to the output of time-varying system disturbance, the detection of the disturbance, disturbance conducted after evaluation. By contrast, the simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.In addition, based on the control system of power plant overheat problem of performance evaluation QingHeMen fuxin power control system of overheating actual data, using univariate perturbation method for performance evaluation of time-varying system is analyzed. Simulation results showed:through comparison and analysis of two different methods of performance evaluation results, and the performance evaluation software industrial live shows that the results were compared, the method is applicable to disturbance time-varying model.
