With the development of Web Services and BPEL, the issue of people involving business process has been gradually concerned. And with the publishing and standardization of WS-HumanTask and BPEL4People specifications, many traditional BPEL Engines begin to support WS-HumanTask. However, all of them can not support to adjust dynamically business process, so it has bean an urgently-solved problem that how to implement web services human task in BPEL Engine supported to adjust BPEL dynamically. Furthermore, there is no good solution to the problem of how to schedule human task in current BPEL Engines, which has a bad impact on the performance of human task and execution efficiency of business process.To solve to the aforementioned issues, the thesis analysis the mechanism and common problems of implementing WS-HumanTask in current BPEL Engines, and make clear the design goal of implementing WS-HumanTask in BPEL-Based Composite Web Service Execution Engine(B-CWSEE), according to the requirement and technique of developing the WS-HumanTask in BPEL Engine supported to adjust dynamically. And the thesis discusses the related specifications and technology about WS-HumanTask, as a result to understand the mechanism further. According to the analysis of the WS-HumanTask and BPEL4People specifications, the thesis proposes a WS-HumanTask Container Architecture, and describes the implementing mechanism and principle. Furthermore, to solve to the problem of WS-HumanTask Allocating, the thesis proposes a WS-HumanTask allocating method by two-step scheduling. This method models the users’executive ability according to effectiveness evaluation model, as a result to guarantee the execution efficiency and improve the execution efficiency of whole business process by WS-HumanTask scheduling and delegation-based rescheduling, which are based on effectiveness evaluation model. Eventually, the thesis gives the design and implement of WS-HumanTask Container as the sequence of executing WS-HumanTask.
