Power Line Communication(PLC),which transmits messages in power line,PLC network technology catches our eyes for its vast resources and using easily.However,it is very hard to implement high quality communication using the power line network,because of it contains many different noise,and multi-path fading.Based on the PLC’s characteristic,we point out OFDM techno logy. OFDM can overcome frequency selective fading and has many good features such as the strong ability to resist Inter Symbol Interference and the high rate of spectrum usage efficiency.The OFDM technique provides an effective resolution to high rate PLC.With the continuous progress of the electronic technology, the clock frequency becomes more and more quick and the signal edge becomes more and more steep, which makes the signal transmission correctly becomes more and more difficult, as a consequence, how to ensure the signal integrated has become a key factor in High-speed PCB designing. Based on the IBIS model simulation of signal integrity analysis is capable of increasing the predictability of the system design and solving the problem of high-speed signal integrity fundamentally in coordination with the pre-simulation and post simulation.First,this paper describes PLC’s basic characteristics,and based on it we point out the reason why OFDM technology applied to the PLC. Then,according to the Power Line Communication(PLC) based on OFDM design requirements, we put forward a suitable hardware system,which use FPGA realizing baseband process,and use AD9857/AD6624realizing downconversion and upconversion.At last,the paper introduces the process of the PCB designing.The key network’s wiring is finished under the guidance of signal integrity simulation to make the system more stable, and the post-simulation on the key network proves the reliability.
