Spectrum Resource Management Combined With Airspace

Cognitive radio is invented to solve the problem of the scarcity of the radio electromagnetic spectrum, its core idea is to try to improve spectrum utilization efficiency, and the spectrum management is an effective technology which is used to improve the spectrum resource utilization, has becomes a research focus.The major work of this paper is to propose a spectrum management measure, spectrum detection is the main form of spectrum information obtained, traditional detection algorithm regionalizes spatial area, the information obtained is not continuous, its effect is not well. This paper introduces a combination of spatial spectrum detection algorithm. Compared with the traditional algorithm, this algorithm considers the dynamic nature of the spectrum in the testing process and gets the more comprehensive spectrum information. This paper designed and realized a spectrum resource database system, the main function of this database is managing the spectrum resource information and provides appropriate services to guide user’s communication behavior. According to the function, this database is divided into three parts:the resource information interface is responsible for resource information input, the resource information interface is responsible for user’s request information input, the resources distribution interface is responsible for service execution.At last we analysis the database system and make a presentation of the feature of database system.
