As wireless communications developed and the demand for wireless datatransmission, a large number of wireless protocols have emerged. These wirelessprotocols play an important role in different backgrounds and areas. Combined withthe technology of sensor, wireless sensor protocols go forward rapidly. And it can beapplied to many fields including military defense, environment monitoring, biologictreatment, industrial and agricultural control.In this paper, we design a lower cost, lower power consumption industrialwireless sensor protocol that is ultralow-power wireless sensor protocol for commonfields of short distance industrial control. We design this protocol through researchingmany other wireless protocols by comparative analysis, absorbing the essence ofexcellent protocols, especially the ideas in reducing collisions and energy-saving ofALOHA and CSMA, analyzing the reason of collisions and energy dissipation.This paper introduces the details and implementation steps of ultralow-powerwireless sensor protocol, and analyses the protocol in the probability of collision,throughput and energy consumption by designing theoretical model and comparativeanalysis with ALOHA. In the end of paper, we using this protocol design a wirelesstemperature measurement system for factory’s boiler, furnace or some otherhigh-temperature situation.
