The Design And Implementation Of Document Security System

Data that form of electronic document is important and intellectual assets for thecompany. To ensure that enterprise information not to be leaked outside, we must do agood job in encrypting, decrypting and management measures of the document. In thispaper, I introduce my work which is part of the document security system in company,and I am responsible for coding and unit testing in client module of this system.Based on cryptographic techniques, Detours technology, the file system filterdriver，PKI technology and the combination made a full description of the entiresystem architecture and security model. I mainly responsible for a major design andpresentation in user login module, local policy module, communication module, theinstruction and the Message Center module in the back of several chapters.The system support transparent encryption and decryption transparent，usersoffline login, and the strategy of centralized control, to increase the system’s ease ofuse and security. The system ensures that the user and the computer could boundingand monitoring at the same time, user could deal with protected documents navigationand operation, only has enough user rights and within the period of acceptable,including editing, copying, and as a mail attachment. At present, the system has passedthe test and well-functioning, and ready to update the current version in a number ofcompanies and sites.
