With the wide application of database system, the information security of databasesystem is becoming more and more important. The cryptorgraphy becomes an importantmeans of information security for the safeguard of database system. The data security ofdatabase system has become an important problem in computer security.Advanced dataencryption standard AES has become one of efficient methods because of its highersafety.Based on the analysis of the existing data encryption technology AES,the papergives a encryption system of database system based on AES advanced data encryptionstandard.The main results of this thesis are summarized as follows:1. The mechanisms and key technologies of database encryption are illuminatedbriefly. The attack methods of encryption database and some technologies of databasesafety are analyzed detailedly.2. The encryption and decryption algorithm principles of the advanced dataencryption standard AES are summarized briefly. The safety, advantages anddisadvantages of Rijndeal encryption system, chosen in advanced data encryptionstandard AES cryptosystem, are analyzed systemically.3. The AES encryption algorithm and client software for database system areimplemented by using JAVA with the tool of Eclipse IDE. Moreover, an enterprisedatabase management system is implemented with MySQL. The proposed implement ofencryption system shows that this encryption system can improve the database safety ofenterprise management system efficiently.
