Based on the TSAPI protocol and the need of the typical Call Center, here we designed and implemented a monitoring and reporting module sessions, which support the operation of a Call Center platform effectively.This paper is Based on the typical call center architecture and features, combined with the actual demand, and shows the whole architecture of a Call Center Platform based on TSAPI. Then, according to the structural analysis and the functional requirements analysis, the Call Center platform is divided into three sub-modules:the desktop control module, the background control module and the background report module. And based on the these three sub-modules, the final completion of all sub-module system and testing is implemented.The three sub-modules implemented in this paper is improved to be effectively functional in supporting the operation of China Post11183Call Center, and has been highly praised by customers.
