Since entered the information age, a variety of information security products, such as bank cards, social security cards, credit cards, the U-key network, mobilepayment, Identity authentication has become an integral part of our lives. The safetyperformance of information security products is more and more concerned by theproducer and the customers. Encryption process to achieve product safety, the need todesign a number of cryptographic modules, the core of the cryptographic module is avariety of sensitive parameters, and a variety of protocol verification techniques. Thekey of Successful implementation of security encryption is to achieve the encryptionalgorithm in the encryption module such as DES, AES, RSA, DSA, ECC, state secretand other algorithms, as well as the good random performance seed. The encryptionalgorithm is already quite mature, and most have been open. Therefore a goodrandom number generator has become an important technical point of securityencryption products. The internationally accepted security cryptographic modulestandard—the FIPS140-1(Federation Information Processing Standard) a randomsequence of the corresponding standard. Random number generator has important andfar-reaching significance. The design of high-quality random number generator based on chaos theory tosimulate true random number as the source seed of the random number generator, by32bits of the LFSR (Linear Feedback Shift Register) pseudo-random numbergenerator to deal with the analog random source seed, increasing the output of avariety of modes, so that the random sequence algorithm to improve the stochasticproperties of the random number generator, so that the generated random numbersequence with good uniformity, a long cycle, fast speed, low power and so on.This design uses the Spectre to pre-simulate and re-simulate the random numbergenerator of the analog circuit. For the design of digital systems, firstly, the wholesystem is descripted by the Verilog HDL. Secondly, the use of VCS before thesimulation of the system functions. In addition, to build the FPGA test platform pre-simulates the system functions. Finally, the FIPS140-1international safetystandards in the electronic information security products have a high practical value.
