With the rapid development of China’s national economy, computer and communications technology, mankind has gradually entered the information society, all walks of life are all subject to the "information" impact of the tide. Information and materials, energy has become a society as the basic means of production, social production of human activities play an important role. At the same time people use information and data processing have also been entered and automation, networking and socialization stage, therefore, related to the development of management information systems has become a necessary and essential of all walks of life.Industry associations information management system can not only trade association management activities occurring in the information collection, dissemination, storage, processing, maintenance and use, while management decisions for the industry associations to provide services to achieve customer management, business management, data management, etc. basic information management processes to improve efficiency. Therefore, starting from the actual needs of industry associations, the establishment of industry associations information management system solutions for the management of information technology industry associations in China has important significance.The project will use technology based on J2EE, SOA architecture, follow the XML data exchange standard interface, these technologies are now very mature technology.(1) J2EE technology. J2EE is a mainstream technology system, a large number of manufacturers and products have a case of successful application based on J2EE. Build systems using J2EE standards, you can get a better stability, high reliability and scalability, while the application J2EE standard application server and middleware technology, to achieve transactional processing of the development, operation, deployment and management. Cross-platform is the biggest advantage of J2EE, when completed the development of J2EE-compliant software, the user can choose different according to the actual situation to the application server.(2) XML data exchange system, the external interface using XML data exchange format, XML technology can reduce coupling between systems to ensure data exchange and application-specific platform-independent. (3) service-oriented architecture (SOA) is considered for the next generation of application development, architecture, people are looking forward to all the benefits it can bring, such as the ability to find and use existing services without having to repeatedly development of a feature; heterogeneous systems can be easily integrated; existing systems can more easily expand and so on.Service-oriented architecture can use the organization as much as possible the existing resources, including developer’s knowledge, the component library, hardware platforms, databases, etc., which can protect the organization of existing investments. It is through the implementation details, such as programming languages, databases, networks and systems to achieve the desired separation of business logic, to make the system better be re-used, expansion and maintenance. These advanced and mature technology for the construction and operation of the system provides a strong technical conditions and guarantees.
