Dynamically Tuned Gyroscope(DTG) inertial navigation system is animportant measurement device, It is widely accepted as a sensorfor navigation and orientation in the fields of rockets, missiles, aircraft, tank,etc, for its accuracy, reliability, stability of the increasingly high demand.DTG and the rebalance loop compose of the sensor of angular in system ofnavigation and orientation, so it is important to research the rebalance loop.In recent years with the rapid development of large scale integratedcircuit, the traditional measurement error in high precision A/D, D/A andV/I conversion has been slowly decreasing. Analog rebalance loop for itssimple structure, high reliability, volume and high reliability. The utilitymodel has the advantages of more and more prominent. In order to make therebalance loop with better performance, this paper focuses on the followingcontents:(1) The working principle of dynamically tuned gyroscope arediscussed and analyzed in detail, and the introduction of thecorresponding mathematical model, using the decoupling methodof diagonal matrix derived gyroscope decoupling and outputdecoupling matrix.(2) The rebalance loop analysis, established the analog rebalance loopof concrete block diagram, and according to the specificparameters design of gyro, signal processing, phase sensitivedemodulation, decoupling circuit, correction circuit and a poweramplification circuit.(3) According to the characteristics of inertial navigation system, inorder to reduce the host computer on the gyro torquer current sampling burden, improve the rebalance loop measurementprecision, special design based on the Actel AFS600FPGA A/Dconversion circuit and the serial communication circuit.(4) In the hardware platform based on A/D is designed, datacollection procedures, and debugging through. Through theplatform tests show that, its accuracy has reached the requirementsof the use of inertial navigation system.
