This paper analyzes the traditional medium and small-sized enterprises inintegrated communication on demand, as well as the new threats from manymeans of communication for telecom. This paper raises the the purpose of thedesign of enterprise integrated communication system service function, that isthe use of the existing soft-switch and Internet technology, integration of avariety of Shanghai Telecom’s existing communication services andapplications. And provide voice, voice value-added services, Internet accessand application of integrated information services for customers of small andmedium-sized enterprises.This paper has studied the enterprise integrated communication systemapplicable to the environment, the concept of softswitch network, hierarchicalstructure and service realization ways. The system is based on SoftswitchNetwork multi-service fusion characteristics, functions and structure. Theauthor summarizes the soft exchange network advantage in powercommunication business. The author designed a Service realization methodbaased on the a soft switching SIP protocol extension technology, combinedwith the use of IP fax protocol, SSO single sign-on technology, thecompletion of the enterprise integrated communication system servicefunction in soft exchange network trigger implementation, solves the callservice, SMS and fax with the soft exchange network protocol interworkingproblems, and have finished one of five main business logic function designand implementation. The use of SIP protocol INVITE message expansion inthe service processing module design, combined with the SIP call server inthe use and deployment of realization Click to dial, conference and business switchboard business functions.Using of the extended technology ofMESSAGE expansion mode, the author put forward to the SIP protocolmessage body part extended efficiently method, namely the SMML extension,to add the message body in the MESSAGE entities. So as to realize the shortmessage center system and soft switching protocol interworking; using theprotocol of T.38, in the IP network to realize network fax functions; thesystem service WEB interface presentation, put forward and adopted the SSOsingle sign-on technology to achieve services single login, the system SSO toredirect the triggering process definition and design.The telecom operation platform design and requirement make businessprocess flow integrity, and Telecommunications support system connectingthe essential. System with telecom97/CRM system interface automaticallycomplete the user open/pin/change and account materials processing, inaccordance with the telecommunications standard was completed includingtelecommunications billing rates on the treatment principles are defined,including the billing strategy, charging point. This article according to thesystem capacity design requirements and function deployment, confirm thesystem traffic calculation model. The author calculated the traffic volume,traffic, relay bandwidth, and in experiments, used two test methods: the bigtraffic performance testing and support system interface test to verified thesystem telephone traffic model, performance design and business supportflow integrity reliability.System in Shanghai Telecom’s existing softswitch network deploymentand trial operation, good results have been achieved, and make a comparisonwith other communications products also have a certain advantage.Andfinally realize the integrated communications platform carries voice, fax, datasevices based on the softswitch IP network.
