| Coal sampling vehicle is a self-propelled coal sampling equipment, set coalsample collect and process in one, it can be flexible used in coal mine, powerplants and so on. This coal sampler is used to take coal samples from coal truck,train and coal pile. In recent years, with the national economic policy adjustment,the coal as a large number of special goods, continued a high price, so coalenterprises take focus on the economy of commodity coal. But now, the mostcoal enterprises sample still mainly relying on human, it’s not only waste of time,but also waste of labor. In addition, factory can not guarantee the accuracy ofcoal-like. In order to achieve the automation of coal samples, increase thesample’s transparency and credibility, reduce labor intensity, increaseproductivity, the mechanized sampling is imperative.In this paper, based on studying at home and abroad ’s more mature andadvanced coal sampling machine, describing the design and developmentprocess of mobile folding arm coal sampling device. The main contents: theoverall objective of control system, the design of hardware system and equipment selection. Use Siemens C240motion controller and the main controlmodule, under SCOUT software environment developing the lower computerprogram. Upper computer apply eForcecon SD V2.0configuration software todesign upper computer interface, host-computer interface full-featured and goodreal-time performance. In other side, this article also introduces theconfiguration of hydraulic axis and the operational of Synchronization operationprocess from a practical point of view.This control system has full operation and monitoring function, meet therelevant specification requirement, can be used in the actual coal sampling cars.This system of research and design has certain degree guidance and reference tosimilar coal sampling equipment electro-hydraulic control system in future, andlay the foundation for the future study of related technologies. |
