The laser processing technology is developing to the direction of the high speed, degreeand automation level. The laser processing combined with advanced numerical controlsystems, is beneficial to improve the machining speed, accuracy and automation. GALILDMC-2143motion control card is used in HG LASER’s Al2O3precision laser processingsystem.The works are summarized as follows.(1) An intuitive and efficient Lead linear model is established. The arc chordinterpolation algorithm is extended to an arbitrary curve.(2) Scheduling and output processing method of the buffer settings is proposed.Machining can be stoped anywhere at any time in the process of interpolation.(3) Corner speed programming model line segment is improved, and the algorithm isextended. The range of the planning speed is calculated.(4) The characteristics of laser cutting, laser cutting to build a complex pathoptimization algorithm and hybrid algorithm for laboratory self-developed laser processingsoftware are combined. The optimization process can save20%to30%time. On ceramic,thickness0.635mm cut a circle0.2mm in diameter, roundness0.9, accuracy10microns.Finally, this thesis analyzes the sources of error processing system and the methods ofcalculation.
