The temperature is one of the most important parameters in the process ofdetermining material state and the measurement precision has a significant role in theresearch and agricultural production. Especially, the temperature in the detonation issignificant to perfect the characterization of explosives. The traditional thermometrycould not access to high-accuracy with the complex emission spectrum in theinstantaneous changes. According to the characteristics of detonation field, this paperpresents a system of acquisition high-speed spectrum and data analysis with themulti-wavelength spectral thermometry.In terms of the high-temperature in the surface of explosive products, we havedesigned the system of acquisition high-speed spectrum and data analysis with thehigh-speed linear CCD as a sensor in the field of high-speed measuring temperature.Then through the designed system, we can acquire the data while the surfacetemperature of the Halogen tungsten lamp changes, and get the real temperature bythe orthogonal regression algorithm. The result shows that on the one hand, thedesigned system can acquire the transient spectral signal; on the other hand, thetemporal resolution can achieve at the least54.79with the stable frame frequency18.25KHz, and the spectrum resolution can be less than2nm. Improving the system,we could acquire the surface temperature of detonation products with the stable framefrequency73KHz.Firstly è the paper introduces the whole background and meaning of study.Secondly we also depict briefly the basic principle of spectral measurementtemperature. In addition è this paper appears the material way of system design èwhich contains the high-speed CCD è the chip of AD9840A è the embeddedcomputer and the whole design of measurement. What’s more è in the processing datawe could adopt the orthogonal regression algorithm. Finally è we test the feasibilityand stability of the design through constructing the testing platform in our laboratory.The above content is the major one of the design.
