Research And Implementation On Teaching Resources Integration In Multi-compus University

The issue of University teaching resource integration has been mentioned formany years, however, it’s difficult to find an successful case to learn, for beingrestricted by the objective conditions of the system introduction, school financialconstraints, the attitude of resources in each university, institutional settings and othervarious factors.I rely on the academic system which is being carried out, exquisite courseresources platform, the integration of network class projects and construction projectof data center, combining with the characteristics of multi-campus and presentsituation of information resources, having studied data resources storage based on themulti-campus, exchange platform structures and data extraction method of multiplesystems, trying to achieve the exchange and sharing in data of multiple system, mediaresources. The research involves multi-campus universities information resourcesplanning, unified user management and authentication, unified rights management,data storage technology and implementation, data application technology.The study used a survey and analysis, on the part of survey in the constructionand use of Beijing Universities resources platform, based on decentralizedmanagement of multiple resource system for the Beijing Union University, amulti-campus management, cross-platform applications, redundant storage, repeatedauthentication, lack of identity and real-time issues on data resources, so we proposeplanning program and begin implementation of an integrated construction.After nearly a year of planning deployment, we have achieved basic integrationgoal-established data storage server for unifying implement resource, built a disasterrecovery system model for data level, set up the standard of data and multi-system callprocesses, achieved the effective application of resources in the network school andthen to the platform of quality curriculum resources by the Academic ManagementSystem through the single point, solved the issue of three application platformsynchronization and sharing of resources, reduced redundant storage. Finally we canprovide the reference to call the example, for achieving cross-platform multi-campusresources unified storage, on-demand calls, with the certification system to achieve the unity of the registration information on existing resources platform and to achieveresource security smoothly.
