Stamping industry as an important part of the manufacturing sector faces more severechallenges in today’s global competitive market conditions. Customer first and theprimacy of productivity is growing in popularity, and increasingly integrated into thecompany’s daily production specification. Conventional stamping process cannot meet thegrowing needs of enterprises because of its low efficiency and high losses, so that theresearch on the efficiency of the production process bottlenecks becomes increasinglyurgent demand. At the same time, the development of information technology provides afeasible solution for the efficient management of the enterprise. This paper summarizes thestamping process, especially the characteristics of stamping production scheduling, studiesStamping optimal scheduling technology, and achieves a stamping manufacturingexecution system on this basis.This paper conducted a needs analysis and modeling for the stamping using UMLmodeling tools. Summed up the stamping process, divided the stamping process intofunctional requirements and robustness requirements of two parts, and accordinglyestablished a demand model. Reference to related software architecture theory, thearchitecture of stamping manufacturing execution system is derived using the demandmodel. Based on the architecture, choose a J2EE-based B/S multi-layer structure of thearchitecture program, and summarizes the system implementation framework for thestamping Manufacturing Execution System.The part which is most likely to lead to the production bottleneck in the Stampingprocess is the production scheduling. In this paper, through a stamping business researchfrom a stamping company in Liuzhou, the concept of stamping buffer is proposed. On thisbasis, the mathematical model of stamping with process constraints, resource constraintsand equipment constraints has been established. Combined the advantages of the geneticalgorithms and ant colony algorithm, based on this mathematical model, a pressproduction scheduling algorithm based on hybrid ant colony algorithm and geneticalgorithm has been proposed,the the feasibility of which has been demonstrated using simulation methods for a specific instance.Finally, the above scheduling techniques and software architecture solution is derivedto achieve a stamping manufacturing execution system, and use a complete stampingprocess to detail the implementation of the various modules of the system.
